MY ROLE
As a freelance UI/UX designer, I worked closely with the B2B and B2C product teams. I developed UX and UI concepts for new features aimed at users and paying customers while also helping to refine the existing platform to improve conversion rates for both groups.
Projects included improving the application process, developing a batch job application process, refining user profiles, and enhancing the
purchasing process for customers.
I also focused on improving and extending company branding across the platform, introducing payment options with an upselling process for customers, and enhancing existing UI components while developing new ones for the global style guide. Additionally, I analyzed competitors to identify new opportunities.

As one of the largest platforms in the recruiting market in Austria, jobs.at offers its customers complete transparency along with flexible, performance-based pricing through a data-driven approach.
Job seekers benefit from a modern and intuitive platform that simplifies their job search and application process.
Ideate & Sketch
At the very beginning we deep dive into various forms and characters that could fit our brand and users. I quickly sketched the different ideas to ask our users.
Backed up with quantitative data we got a very good idea in what direction we should be heading and started to finalize the hero - a hero inspired by animal forms to appeal to our male as well as our female users.

Rewarding Interaction
At the end of interactions the app uses motivating success screens that evoke positive emotions so that our users remember TalentHero and we keep them engaged.
Onboarding
The eye-catching and friendly hero is used to guide our users through the app and gives them the feeling of a friend accompanying them through their whole application process.
